In our session, you'll experience a mix of different healing modalities to have you feeling more like your sparkly self.
Prior to the session, you'll let me know what you need from our time together - grounding, stress reduction, joy, alignment, etc. Then I'll create a class just for you.

Sparkle sessions can be done online via Zoom or in-person in the Bayonne, NJ area.
