Do you feel like you’ve lost your sparkle? With the pace of life and all of our responsibilities, it’s easy to slip out of alignment sometimes. If you’re in need of a bit of healing, a sparkle session might be just what you need to feel more like yourself again. With a mix of breathwork, meditation, and sound healing, you'll come away from the session feeling more like your sparkly self.

To make the most of this healing experience, I recommend you wear comfy clothes that you can move in easily. You’ll need a space to sit and stretch and also to lie down during the sound bath if that’s comfortable for you. You’ll also want to make sure you’ll be warm enough while lying still for about 20-30 minutes. You may also want to bring something to cover your eyes. And if you have pets in the room, make sure they have the option to move away if they decide a sound bath is not good for them (though from my experience, dogs really find the experience relaxing too). 

I offer both individual sessions and group sessions. Everything can be customized to your personal or group needs.

Sparkle Sessions start at $99.

In this personalized 1-hour session, we’ll take some time to explore what’s been feeling out of place for you. Are you feeling anxious? Overly tired? Lacking in creativity or self-love? We’ll identify the chakras or energy points that might be out of balance and causing your lack of flow for whatever reason.

From there, I’ll lead you through some gentle stretching to help you connect with your body and allow yourself to begin to relax. Then we'll do some breathwork and a guided meditation to relax you and ease you into stillness. We'll end with a healing sound bath to clear stagnant energy and calm the nervous system. This whole experience is specifically designed to target the chakras that need the most care.

WOW! I had never experienced a Sound Bowl Meditation and I have to say I’ll be coming back. I did a group session and loved it. If you are thinking about a session, do it, you won’t be sorry. When the session began I was bathed in the beautiful sounds of the bowls. Easing in to the meditation I felt at peace, rested, and very zen afterwards. We were again given a chance to ask any questions that might have come up during the session. This was such a great experience, I give it 5 stars.
