I am a certified RYT-200 Vinyasa Yoga Teacher with over a decade of personal practice.

I teach yoga with an emphasis on alignment, being present, and connecting to breath to promote balance both on and off the mat. Through carefully crafted sequences and curated playlists, my classes combine a blend of grounding and flow, helping you reconnect with your body and quiet your mind. 

My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive space where you can explore, heal, and nourish your mind, body, and spirit.

Continuing my journey as a lifelong learner, I am working towards my RYT-500 certification. Additionally, I have specialized training in Yin yoga, sound healing, breathwork, meditation, and Reiki, enhancing the holistic experience I offer to my students.
