We'll offer gentle stretching to release any stress and physical tension, a meditation to ease you into stillness, and sound healing with a combination of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls to clear stagnant energy and calm the nervous system to release stress. This sound bath will leave you feeling rested & replenished.


A sound bath can bring you a sense of deep relaxation. It helps to quiet the mind to bring you to a peaceful and mindful state of being. The vibrations clear stagnant energy from the body and bring your chakras into balance.

Other benefits of meditation and sound healing are: calming the mind & body, easing emotional tension, soothing the nervous system to alleviate stress & anxiety, boosting your mood, and improving sleep.

What you need for the session

Feel free to bring your own blankets, pillows, and yoga mat, if you'd like to lie down for the sound bath. You may also want to bring something to cover your eyes to further the therapeutic healing of the sounds. If you'd rather not get down on the ground, that's okay too, we'll have chairs available for you to sit. This class works best when you do what's most pleasant for your body.

A Sound Bath is an immersive experience that uses sound to bring gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your physical, mental, and emotional state. Just like a typical bath involves a person immersing themselves in water, a sound bath attempts to immerse a person in sound, so they feel enveloped in it.

During a sound bath, you lie down or sit in a comfortable position and listen to me play crystal singing bowls. While you relax into the sound, your brain waves slow, shifting from a more active state to a more relaxed, meditative, or dreamlike state.
